Executive Chef Reuben Herrington has prepared an extraordinary “Bottomless Mimosa Brunch” featuring several special mouthwatering dishes, which will be served from 10 AM to 2 PM.
The best thing about brunch is the combination of two meals, offering you plenty of options for breakfast and lunch. Here’s a sampling from the chef’s Bottomless Mimosa Brunch menu:
- Appetizers: Avocado toast with wild mushroom ragu, heirloom tomato salad, classic Caesar salad.
- Entrée: Pancakes with fresh berry compote, lox and bagels, salmon or chicken piccata, portabella mushroom and eggplant lasagna.
