Benevilla, the West Valley’s premier family services nonprofit will once again provide free Holiday meals this year to those who lack access or means to prepare a nutritious dinner or may be alone during these special holiday times. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no dine-in meals this year. Instead, these freshly prepared dinners will be available for pickup on two different days at Birt’s Bistro on the Benevilla campus. The complimentary meals are available by RSVP to (623) 584-4999. Meals are limited.
A Thanksgiving meal will be ready for pickup on Wednesday, November 25th during a pre-selected hour between 9AM and 2:30PM. A Christmas Day meal will be available for pickup on Thursday, December 24th again during a specific time slot between 9AM and 2:30PM. When reserving your meal, please choose either Thanksgiving or Christmas to help assure availability for other community members in need. We understand the holidays can be a stressful time and Benevilla and Birt’s Bistro want to make spirits brighter this holiday season.
The traditional turkey dinners, all the trimmings and pumpkin pie will be served by volunteers and staff at Birt’s Bistro located on the Hellen & John M. Jacobs Independence Plaza at 16752 N. Greasewood Street, Surprise, AZ, 85378. Thank You to an anonymous donor for their generosity in making this complimentary holiday meal available to those in need in our community.
