Enrichment Partner (Caregiver, Adult Day Program)

Location: Lucy Anne’s Enrichment Program – Surprise, AZ
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour | Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, various shifts available (8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., or 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.)

About the Role

Join the dedicated team at Lucy Anne’s Enrichment Program, part of Benevilla’s network of Life Enrichment programs. As an Enrichment Partner, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful days for adults and older adults attending our Surprise location. Responsibilities include assisting members with daily activities, providing personal care and hygiene support, and helping serve meals—all within a friendly, person-centered, and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable transportation or a plan to commute to the Peoria/Sun City/Surprise area (no relocation assistance provided)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1–2 years of experience in adult caregiving or group programs, especially working with individuals with dementia
Willingness to complete required certifications (Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB test, Article 9, Food Handler’s) – Benevilla can assist with certification costs
