Location: West Valley Life Enrichment Program – Peoria, AZ
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour | Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Join the compassionate team at West Valley Life Enrichment Program, part of Benevilla’s network of adult day services. As an Enrichment Partner, you’ll make a meaningful impact by helping adults and older adults live each day with purpose and joy. Responsibilities include leading and assisting with personalized activities, supporting members during meals, and providing personal care in a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable transportation or plans to commute to the Peoria/Sun City/Surprise area (no relocation assistance provided)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1–2 years of experience supporting adults in day programs, group homes, or caregiving settings—especially those living with dementia
Ability or willingness to obtain required certifications (Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB/Chest X-Ray, Article 9, Food Handler’s). Benevilla provides assistance with certification costs
