Health & Wellness Registered Nurse (RN) – On Call/As Needed
Location: Enrichment Programs – Peoria, Sun City, Surprise, AZ
Pay Rate: $28.72/hr | Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: On call/as needed, Monday–Friday, between 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

About the Role:
Use your nursing skills to assess and support the health and wellness of our program members. You will provide compassionate care, health education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster independence and meaningful engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
Current Arizona or Compact State RN license
Minimum 2 years’ experience in adult day programs, healthcare, public health, or home care
Strong documentation and computer skills
Required certifications: Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR, TB/Chest X-ray
