Location: Surprise, AZ
Pay Rate: $16.38/hr | Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week

About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable team player with a passion for serving others through nutritious, quality food preparation and delivery. If you’ve worked in an assisted living or long-term care kitchen, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll prepare and deliver meals that meet specific dietary needs while ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met. As part of a small, collaborative kitchen team, you’ll help create a positive experience for the individuals and programs we serve.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting
Comfortable working as part of a small, mission-driven team
Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines while accommodating food safety and dietary requirements
Must obtain and maintain a Maricopa County Food Handler’s Certification
At least 21 years of age with a valid Arizona driver’s license
Clean driving record for the past 5 years (required annually)
Must pass drug screening upon hire and annually
Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months
