No artistic experience is needed. This is not about talent or technique. It is about creating space for rest and reflection alongside others who understand the caregiving journey. Participants are invited to enjoy a relaxed, supportive environment designed to promote calm, comfort, and community.

Space is limited to ensure a small group setting, and advance RSVP is required. Whether you are new to caregiving or have been supporting a loved one for years, Caregiver Moments of Calm provides an opportunity to step away and reconnect with yourself.
