Benevilla Support Groups

Life Enrichment Programs Caregiver Support Group Respite Policy

Effective 07/16/2021

Benevilla support groups provide opportunities for caregivers to learn more ways to provide care for their loved one while receiving encouragement and support from other group members.  While you are at one of the Benevilla support groups you have the option of free respite at one of our Life Enrichment Programs. This free respite is only available during the time of the support group, and if there is space available in the program. If your loved one is already enrolled at the program they will need to use one of their regular scheduled days.

Caregivers will need to contact the program at least 24 hours in advance to see if there is space and schedule with the Director or designee.  The Life Enrichment Director or designee will schedule a time to meet with you in order to complete the necessary communication information before you use respite for the first time.  Please notify the Life Enrichment Director before bringing your loved one to the Life Enrichment Program for each respite care time.

Through the help of our caregiver supportive services, grandparents can balance the challenges of this growing family dynamic.
