  Forgetfulness can be a normal part of aging—but when could it be something more? Join Dr. Gallagher to learn the difference between normal aging, Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and dementia, plus evidence-based strategies to support brain health and recognize early warning signs.

  Maribeth Gallagher, Dr. Maribeth Gallagher is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a doctoral degree in nursing. She serves as Director of Hospice of the Valley’s nationally and internationally recognized Dementia Program, where she is dedicated to enhancing quality of life for people living with dementia and the care partners who support them. Dr. Gallagher’s passion for this work is deeply personal, inspired by her own experience accompanying a loved one through the dementia journey.
