Caregiver Wellness Series
Interactive fitness strategies for everyday caregiving
Caring for someone else takes strength — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Benevilla’s Caregiver Wellness Series is a six-week, interactive program designed specifically for caregivers who want practical movement strategies to support their own well-being.
Each session is led by Lorrie Karn, Director of Benefitness. With extensive experience working with adults of all ability levels, Lorrie guides participants through gentle, evidence-based exercises designed to reduce stress, improve mobility, support circulation, manage pain, and build confidence for the physical demands of daily caregiving.
All activities are adaptable and taught with care, allowing participants to move safely within their own personal abilities. This series offers caregivers a supportive environment to focus on themselves while learning techniques they can incorporate into everyday life.
Classes meet weekly on Thursdays from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Benevilla Education Center, creating a supportive, welcoming environment where caregivers can focus on themselves while learning tools they can use every day.
