Virtual Memory Café – City of Surprise

As part of Dementia Friendly Surprise, the Memory Café provides a social and resource place for people living with memory loss and their care partners. The group gathers for coffee and socialization. Caregivers participate in an education and support session while people with memory loss actively participate in a life enrichment group. The program is free and available with two attendance options: in-person at the Salvation Army or virtually via Zoom.
While registration is not required, you will need to contact us for the link or telephone number if you are interested in attending virtually.
