Pay Rate: $19.44/hour | Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Environment: Primarily office-based; occasional evenings/weekends for events. Hybrid/flexible work options may be available after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and based on organizational needs and operational requirements.
Requirements:
• Able to commute daily to Surprise, AZ area (relocation assistance not provided).
• 1–2 years’ experience with donor management/CRM systems (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service, organizational, and confidentiality skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient typing (55–70 wpm) and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
