Pay Range: $105,000–$115,000 | Salaried, Exempt (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Work Environment: Primarily office-based; occasional evenings/weekends for board meetings, audits, budget cycles, or special projects. Hybrid/flexible work options may be available after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and based on organizational needs.

As Vice President of Finance, you will:
• Provide strategic financial leadership and advise the executive team and Board of Directors
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-term financial planning
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit fund accounting standards, grant requirements, and restricted funds
• Manage complex government contracts and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Oversee enterprise-level accounting systems and internal controls
• Coordinate audits and ensure timely, accurate reporting

What You’ll Need:
• Ability to commute daily to the Surprise, AZ area (relocation assistance not provided)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s strongly preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
• Required nonprofit experience with fund accounting, grants, and restricted funds
• Experience managing complex government contracts and compliance requirements
• Proven leadership of finance teams and enterprise-level accounting systems
• CPA or CMA preferred but not required
