This holiday season was filled with kindness, generosity, and care, thanks to Benevilla’s Santa for a Senior program and the support of our community partners. In collaboration with Home Instead, community members came together to ensure homebound seniors felt remembered, supported, and celebrated during the holidays.
This year’s Be a Santa to a Senior giving tree was an incredible success, with donors selecting gift tags and fulfilling holiday wishes for seniors across the West Valley. In addition to gifts, volunteers helped collect and assemble food bags for homebound seniors, providing both practical support and a heartfelt reminder that they are not alone.
The success of Santa for a Senior was made possible through the combined efforts of volunteers, donors, and Benevilla’s C.A.R.E.S. Department, who worked alongside Home Instead to coordinate donations, organize logistics, and ensure every gift and food bag reached its destination. Their dedication and countless hours of behind-the-scenes work helped turn generosity into meaningful moments of connection.
Benevilla extends sincere thanks to everyone who donated, volunteered, and shared compassion this season, and to Home Instead for their partnership and commitment to supporting older adults in our community. Together, these efforts reflect the heart of Benevilla, neighbors caring for neighbors and coming together to brighten the holidays for those who need it most.
