ADULT DAY ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
ENRICHMENT PROGRAM DIRECTOR (West Valley Life Enrichment Program)
Rate of Pay: $59,779 annually – Full Time 40 hours week – Salaried/exempt position.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred. 2 years supervisory experience in social or health service setting. Fingerprint clearance card, CPR/First Aid, AED, Food Manager’s Certification.
Position Summary: Lead the WV Life Enrichment Program and assure program quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency. Leads the team in providing engaging person-directed programing including implementing relationship- based individualized programs, providing choices, and encouraging the members to be as independent as possible.
Location: West Valley Life Enrichment Program, 83rd & Cactus, Peoria, AZ.
Hours: 8:00AM – 4:30PM / Monday – Friday
ENRICHMENT PARTNER (Caregiver)
Rate of Pay: $14.50 per hour/ Hourly, Non-Exempt position.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required.
1-2 yrs. experience in an Adult Day Program or Group Home preferred.
Possess or able to receive a fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and negative TB/Chest X-Ray.
Position Summary: Assist members with individualized activities, personal hygiene, meals.

BENEFITNESS ADAPTIVE GYM
FITNESS EXERCISE COACH (ON CALL)
Rate of Pay : $20.10 – $25.00 per hour (dependent upon education/certification), Hourly, Non-Exempt.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED certification and (3) three years of experience that could include: working as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and/or exercise coach. Must have proof of negative TB test (within the last 6 months) and Level 1 Fingerprint card. Must possess, or be able to obtain, current CPR, AED, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Certificates.
Position Summary: The Benefitness Exercise Coach position provides engaging person-centered directed exercise programming, which includes relationship-based meaningful and individualized exercise programs, providing choices, and encouraging members to maximize their body’s ability. This position receives supervision from the Director of Benefitness. This position is an essential part of the interdisciplinary team and assists with enriching the daily lives of the members.
Location: Benefitness Adaptive Gym, 16752 N. Greasewood St., Surprise, AZ.
Available shifts: On-call between the hours of 8am – 5pm / Monday – Friday / Must be available to accept shifts with 1 hour notice*
C.A.R.E.S. DEPARTMENT (COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE, RESOURCES, EDUCATION & SUPPORT)
C.A.R.E.S. RESOURCE COORDINATOR
Rate of Pay: $18.18 per hour / Hourly, Non-Exempt / Full time – 40 hours per week.
Requirements: Associates Degree + 1 year experience in community services/resources for elderly/disabled or a high school diploma or GED + 3 years experience community services/resources for elderly/disabled.
Position Summary: Provide a streamlined service experience for Benevilla members from intake to enrollment. This includes, but is not limited to, fielding calls from the C.A.R.E.S. intake line, screening all calls or inquiries made to the agency, referring to appropriate services and/or resources, completing Home Services member intake and enrollment, participating in outreach activities, and facilitating the coordination of volunteers and service coordination for service area members. In addition, this position will provide resource support to current members of the Home Services program in assigned area.

BENEVILLA ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Rate of Pay: $16.25 per hour / Hourly, Non-Exempt position.
Requirements: HS Diploma/GED required plus 2 years current HR Assistant experience required. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidential and privacy safeguards. Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced human resources environment. Fingerprint clearance card, CPR, negative TB/Chest X-ray.
Position Summary: Provide day to day service and support to the Human Resources Director including processing and maintaining all personnel related records, assisting with employee recruiting/onboarding, and compiling monthly data reports. Cross-trained to provide front desk receptionist coverage as needed.
Location: Main Campus / 16752 N. Greasewood St., Surprise, AZ, 85387.
Available shift: 30 hours per week / Monday through Friday.
