ADULT DAY ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS


ENRICHMENT PARTNER (Caregivers)

LOCATION: Helping Partners Enrichment Program – 14601 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ
1. Hours: 30 hours per week 8:30AM to 3PM Monday through Friday. *This position will be assigned to provide assistance to a specific member while the member attends our Adult Day Program*
Rate: $14.50 per hour / Hourly, Non-Exempt.

2. Hours: 20-29 hours per week Monday through Friday between 8:30AM and 3PM *This position will receive cross-training as a driver to provide member transport to and from the agency’s community activities in an agency vehicle (van/bus) and will be assigned to provide assistance to a specifically designated member while member attends Day Program*

LOCATION: Mary’s Place Enrichment Program – 14601 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ.
Hours: Shifts available- Monday through Friday 10AM to 3PM/4PMm and 11AM to 3PM/4PM
Rate: $14.50 per hour / Hourly, Non-Exempt.

Requirements:HS Diploma/GED Equivalent required.  1-2 yrs. experience in an Adult Day Program or Group Home preferred.  Possess or able to receive a fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and Negative TB/Chest X-Ray.
For cross-trained drivers position must have a current AZ Drivers License, proof of insurance, and pass Non-DOT physical screening and drug panel screening.
Position Summary:  Assist members with individualized activities, personal hygiene and meals.

BENEFITNESS ADAPTIVE GYM 

CONTRACT MEALS- KITCHEN UTILITY/DISHWASHER
Location: Benefitness Main Campus, Surprise, AZ
Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-2pm (occasional weekends & holidays may be required)
Rate: $14.50 per hour / Hourly, Non-Exempt
Requirements: High School diploma or GED Food Handler’s Certification. Minimum of 2 years culinary experience.
Position Summary: Maintains kitchen and storage areas in a clean, safe and sanitary manner; restocking and receiving items from vendors; makes sure dishes are washed according to safety guidelines. Prepares foods in accordance with specified recipes and procedures; Assures that foods are of a high-quality meeting standard of portion, doneness, freshness, and presentation; this position may also need to aid the team over weekends and possibly holidays, in such case they would be notified prior.

MARKETING


MARKETING COORDINATOR

Hours: 8am – 5pm / Monday through Friday (In office-No remote available at this time)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications.  2-3 years current/recent marketing experience required.  Current Arizona resident able to commute to Surprise, AZ area.
High level technical skills especially in WordPress, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
Position Summary: 
Contribute to marketing day-to-day operations, working closely with Director of Marketing to create market awareness, strengthen agency design & branding, social media strategies, interpret & report marketing data, assist with website & marketing initiatives.  Build market position by locating & developing community relationships. Assists the marketing department with general departmental functions including advertising, public relations, direct mail, program marketing, fundraising and special events.

LEAD TEACHER

Hours: 10:00am to 6pm Monday through Friday
Rate: $16.47 per hour / Hourly, Non-Exempt

**Also in need of on-call as needed Lead Teacher’s to cover planned and unplanned time off of other team members.  Must be available to work any shifts as needed Monday through Friday between 6:15am to 6:00pm**

Requirements: Associates degree with 12 college credits in early childhood education or development plus minimum 2 years experience teaching in early care & education classroom preferred. Fingerprint clearance card, CPR, negative TB/Chest x-ray.
Position Summary:  Leader in each classroom, display support and guidance to other teachers. Present developmentally appropriate activities which will assist each child in developing to their fullest potential and to support and respect the family diversity of each child. Provide a safe, warm, nurturing environment in which each individual child can grow physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
