WIRTZIE’S PRESCHOOL & DAYCARE
CHILD DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Location: Wirtzie’s, Surprise, Arizona.
Available Shift: FT 40 hours, Monday through Friday – Salary/Exempt $58,650 py
What will you be doing? The director is responsible for oversight and management of Wirtzie’s Child Development Center. Key responsibilities include affirming the organization’s values; establishing goals, standards and performance measures; and ensuring high quality programs delivered in a caring, cost-effective and efficient manner. The director will develop strategies to achieve and maintain full enrollment capacity.
What qualifications do you need? *Bachelor’s Degree in higher or early childhood education/child development,
-or- a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, with 12 college credits (semester hours) in early childhood education/child development; and 6 college credits (semester hours) in business administration/program management;
-or- 9 CEU’s in business administration/program management; or a state-approved Director/Administrator Credential;
*Requires minimum of one (1) year experience in administration of an early childhood program PLUS a minimum of two (2) years of teaching in an early care and education classroom.
CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Location: Wirtzie’s, Surprise, Arizona.
Rate of Pay: $17.98 per hour.

TEACHER’S ASSISTANT
Location: Main Campus, Surprise, Arizona.
Rate of Pay: $14.50 per hour.
Available Shift: Various Shifts Available, Monday through Friday, 6:15am – 6:15pm.
Note: Staffing is based on number of children in attendance so could be asked to leave early or to stay later based on those needs.
What will you be doing? Work in coordination with Lead Teacher to present developmentally appropriate activities which will assist each child in developing to their fullest potential and to support and respect the family diversity of each child. Provide a safe, warm, nurturing environment in which each individual child can grow physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. May be assigned to work in a variety of classrooms enriching the lives of children between the ages of 0 to 5 (infant to pre-k).
What qualifications do you need? Able to reliably commute or planning to relocate to Surprise, AZ area before starting work (No Relocation Assistance). Pursuing or have received High School diploma/GED equivalent. Prefer 1 year experience teaching in early care & education classroom. Will consider life experience gained through volunteering in weekend nursery/class, sitter/nanny. LEAD TEACHER
Location: Main Campus, Surprise, Arizona.
Rate of Pay: $16.47 per hour.
Available Shift: FT 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.

What will you be doing? Leader in each classroom, display support and guidance to other teachers. BENEVILLA
C.A.R.E.S. RESOURCE COORDINATOR
Primary Location: Sun City, AZ
Available Shift: Full time 40 hours.
Rate of Pay: $18.59 per hour.
What will you be doing? *Answer phone calls/inquiries and determine caller’s need for care and/or services. Complete necessary intake to refer to appropriate Benevilla service or provide information and referral to outside resources through Benevilla database and/or Benevilla referral list in a timely manner. Maintain client information, complete data entry for records, audits and progress notes.
*Responsible for ensuring that Benevilla Home Services are delivered to member of specified geographical service area according to policies and procedures. Provide Home Services members with any additional needed resources as needed. Task training, scheduling and oversight of assigned volunteers.
* Assist with community outreach activities and attend staff and community meetings as requested.
What qualifications do you need?Ability to speak, read and write in both English & conversational Spanish preferred.

C.A.R.E.S. SUPPORT GROUP PROGRAM FACILITATOR
Primary Location: Sun City, AZ (Relocation not provided)
Available Shift: 30 average hours per week Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm
Rate of Pay: $24.59 per hour (Bachelor’s degree).
What will you be doing? Leading, facilitating, and completing Benevilla Support Groups. This position provides emotional, social, and/or educational support to all members who attend the Support Groups.
What qualifications do you need?Bachelor’s degree, but certificate and 10+ years comparable experience may be substituted for degree.
Experience with dementia and other aging issues required.
Experience leading adult caregivers support group preferably in aging related issues. Thorough understanding of group dynamics and group process.
Ability to deal appropriately and professionally with possible crisis within the group. Ability to be empathetic and compassionate while maintaining professional boundaries.
HEALTH & WELLNESS RN ON CALL/AS NEEDED
Primary Location: Enrichment Programs – Peoria, Sun City, Surprise, AZ
Available shifts: On Call/As Needed between 9am-3pm Monday – Friday/Must be available to accept shifts with 1 hour notice.
Rate of Pay: $28.72 per hour.
What will you be doing? Assessing members’ health status, providing nursing services, health and wellness counseling/education necessary to meet each member’s individual needs and assisting the Director of Life Enrichment as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Provide engaging person directed programing, which includes implementing relationship-based meaningful individualized activities, providing choices, encouraging the members to be as independent as possible.
What qualifications do you need?HS diploma or GED certification, Current AZ or Compact State RN License, Minimum of 2 years Adult Day Program, Healthcare, Public Health or Home Care experience, Computer/documentation skills required, Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR, TB/Chest Xray
BENEFITNESS ADAPTIVE GYM
BENEFITNESS MARKETING OUTREACH COORDINATOR
Location: Surprise, AZ (Relocation not provided).
Work Hours: 10 hour average per week Monday-Friday
Rate of Pay: $24.67 per hour
What will you be doing? Make connections with Healthcare Professionals (Consult with doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists) weekly. Each connection will be highly encouraged to create a professional association with Benevilla to provide the opportunity for an educational presentation and/or to leave Benefitness collateral at their locations to allow the staff to learn about the Benefitness Adaptive Gym. Create and maintain a database/spreadsheet of contacts and results and share monthly with the Director of Benefitness.
Connect and keep ongoing connections with community centers, senior centers, visitor centers, recreations centers, etc. in Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Peoria, Glendale, and Youngtown. Create a relationship with a contact at each community center to allow Benefitness Adaptive Gym to have marketing collateral placed in their facilities for all their members on a regular basis.
Manage online directories and databases specializing in adaptive fitness centers and facilities and maintain lists of accessible gyms to make connections to get Benefitness as part of their directories.
Attends in-person events focused on Health and Wellness for the Aging Population to attend each month to promote and represent Benefitness at a tabling event. Join Benevilla at additional in-person tabling events as appropriate to promote Benefitness.
Take additional photos and videos of the program, activities, etc. that will be supplied to the Benevilla Marketing Department for storage and use in current and future marketing pieces.
Create verbiage for a social media post and provide pictures and/or other visuals to Benevilla Marketing Department about Benefitness at least once a week; and get the content to the Director of Marketing to share on Benevilla/Benefitness social media outlets, as well as any other social media outlets the Contractor suggests and/or recommends.
What qualifications do you need?
High school diploma or GED certification
Three (3) years of experience that could include: working in marketing and program promotion.
FITNESS EXERCISE COACH – ON CALL/AS NEEDED
Location: Surprise, AZ
Work Hours: On Call / As Needed / 8:00am – 4:00pm / Monday – Friday. Must be available to accept shifts with 1 hour notice.
Rate of Pay: $20.10 per hour – ($25 per hour with National Certification).
What will you be doing? Provide engaging person-centered directed exercise programming, which includes relationship-based meaningful and individualized exercise programs, providing choices, and encouraging members to maximize their body’s ability. This position receives supervision from the Director of Benefitness. This position is an essential part of the interdisciplinary team and assists with enriching the daily lives of the members.
What qualifications do you need?
High School diploma or GED certification and (3) three years of experience that could include: working as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer or exercise coach. Must have proof of negative TB test (within the last 6 months) and Level 1 Fingerprint card. Must possess, or be able to obtain, current CPR, AED and first aid certifications.(Benevilla will assist with the costs to obtain).
