Mary’s Place Adult Day Enrichment Program14601 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ.


Rate of Pay:  $14.50 per hour/ Hourly, Non-Exempt position.
Requirements:   High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required.
1-2 years experience in an Adult Day Program or Group Home preferred.
Possess or able to receive a fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and negative TB/Chest x-ray, *Article 9 Certification, *Food Handler’s Certification(*Benevilla will assist with the costs to obtain).
Position Summary: Assist members with individualized activities, personal hygiene, meals.

Locations/Available Shifts:
Lucy Anne’s Program- Surprise

Shifts: 11am to 3pm / 8:30am to 5:00pm.  Must be able to work Monday through Friday – $14.50 per hour.

Mary’s Place Program- Sun City

Shifts: 22.5 hours per week. Must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8am to 4pm – $14.50 per hour.

           30 hours per week. Monday through Friday – 10am to 4pm – $14.50 per hour.

West Valley Enrichment Program – 8133 W. Cactus Rd. Peoria, AZ.

Shifts: On-call as needed.

Primary Location: Sun City West C.A.R.E.S. office, 13576 Camino Del Sol #22, Sun City West, AZ 85375

Hours: 30 hours week Monday-Friday / Between 8am – 5pm. 

Rate of Pay: $24.59 per hour w/Bachelors degree / $29.78 per hour w/Master’s degree. 

Requirements:  Masters degree in Human Services (preferred) but will accept Bachelors degree in Human Services or related area plus two to four years working with older adults and/or caregivers in support group settings and/or counseling. 

Position Summary:  Leading, facilitating, and completing Benevilla Support Groups. This position provides emotional, social, and/or educational support to all members who attend the Support Groups.

Primary Location: Sun City West C.A.R.E.S. office, 13576 Camino Del Sol #22, Sun City West, AZ 85375

Hours: 40 hours week Monday-Friday / Between 8am – 5pm. 

Rate of Pay: $23.41 per hour.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in social services, nonprofit management or resource management preferred and one (1) to two (2) years of proven experience in volunteer management and recruitment in non-profit organizations. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to meet people with ease, communicate one-on-one and in group settings. Promote team building and experience in a leadership role required. Possess excellent written communication skills, time management, public speaking and presentation skills. Ability to be self-managed, meet deadlines, monitor and report team outcomes and goal analysis. Required knowledge of computer systems and the ability to work with word processing, data management, and spreadsheet and data analysis programs. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

Position Summary:  Developing and supervising the volunteer services department to include all points of the volunteer life cycle: agency needs assessment, recruitment, interviewing, orientation, placement, recognition and retention. The position will identify and implement a comprehensive action plan to strengthen and enhance the volunteer services program to impact all areas of the Benevilla programs. The Volunteer Services Manager will build a strategic, engaged volunteer experience and will cultivate long-term relationships to drive the Benevilla mission.
