CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS

ENRICHMENT LIAISON
Location: Marketing Department-Surprise, AZ                                                  

Hours: 25 hours per week

Qualifications/Requirements:

*2 years minimum industry experience or 2 years of experience in a similar industry or market

*Proven track record of success in a sales environment

*Self-Disciplined, driven, able to demonstrate initiative, with high attention to details

*High proficiency using Microsoft Office products and other business software (CRM System experience preferred)

*Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

*Strong integrity and accountability

*Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines consistently

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Summary:  The Benevilla Enrichment Liaison position is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing, sales and outreach program to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue levels are achieved for each Benevilla Life Enrichment Program. Identify, cultivate and secure referral sources to build census in Benevilla Life Enrichment Programs to meet agency budget. Identify new markets and business opportunities. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Preform high level of community outreach to doctors, hospitals, clubs, referral agencies, and partner communities.

LIFE ENRICHMENT PARTNER

Location:  All Programs-Peoria, Surprise, Sun City, AZ    

Hours: On-Call (0-19 hours per week)

Location: Mary’s Place-Sun City, AZ                                       

Hours: 30-39 per week

Qualifications/Requirements:
*1 year working with diverse population of adults with developmental disabilities in day
program or group home environment

*Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid Certification, Food Handler’s Card
*Valid driver’s license and 21 years of age (company vehicle driving requirement)

Position Summary:

The Enrichment Partner position provides engaging person directed programming, which includes relationship-based meaningful and individualized activities, providing choices, and encouraging the members to be as independent as possible. This position receives supervision from the Director/Coordinator of Life Enrichment. This position is an essential part of the interdisciplinary team and assists with enriching the daily lives of the members.

RESOURCE SPECIALIST
Location:  Home Services, Sun City West, AZ                     Hours: 24 hours per week

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Associate degree and minimum 1-year experience with a working knowledge of community services and resources for the elderly and group facilitation experience plus 2 years’ experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals.

*2 years’ experience working with older adults or non-profit and High School Diploma or GED.

*Valid Driver’s License required

Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to conduct intake and screening of all calls or inquiries made to the agency, and refer to appropriate services and/or resources. Participate in outreach activities, including support group facilitation.

HEALTH & WELLNESS SPECIALIST, RN

Location:  Restorative, Sun City, AZ                                   Hours: 33 hours per week

Location:  Lucy Anne’s Place, Surprise, AZ                        Hours: 21 hours per week

Qualifications/Requirements:
*2 years nursing home, public health or home care experience

*Associates Degree in nursing

*Current Arizona R.N. license, or meets requirements of Arizona RN licensure as regulated by the Nurse Licensure Compact

*Valid driver’s license and 21 years of age (company vehicle driving requirement)

Position Summary: The Health and Wellness Specialist, RN provides engaging person directed programing, which includes implementing relationship-based meaningful individualized activities, providing choices, and encouraging the members to be as independent as possible. This position provides assistance to the Director of Life Enrichment as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Assesses members’ health status, provide nursing services, and provides health and wellness counseling/education necessary to meet each member’s individual needs. The Health and Wellness Specialist also assists in enhancing the daily lives of members and supporting their continued involvement in the community.

HOME SERVICES RESOURCE COORDINATOR
Location:  Home Services, Sun City West, AZ                     Hours: 37 hours per week

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Associate degree and minimum 1-year experience with a working knowledge of community services and resources for the elderly plus 2 years’ experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals.

*3 years’ experience working with older adults or disabled individuals and High School Diploma or GED.

*Computer skills (MS applications & Electronic databases)
*Valid driver’s license required

Position Summary: This is a position is a combination of the CARES department and the Home Services department. The purpose of this position is to provide a streamlined service experience for Benevilla members from intake to enrollment. This includes but not limited to the intake and screening of all calls or inquiries made to the agency, referring to appropriate services and/or resources, participating in outreach activities, and facilitating the coordination of volunteers and service coordination for service area members. In addition, this position will provide resource support to current members of the Home Services program in assigned area.

TEACHER’S ASSISTANT
Location:  Wirtzie’s-Surprise, AZ                              

Hours: Infant Room (30-39 hours per week)

Qualifications/Requirements:
*1 year experience teaching in an early care and education classroom.
*CDA Credential preferred but minimum of 6 credit hours of early childhood development training.
*High School Diploma or GED

*Valid driver’s license and 21 years of age (company vehicle driving requirement)

Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to work in coordination with Lead Teacher and Teacher staff to present developmentally appropriate activities which will assist each child in developing to their fullest potential and to support and respect the family diversity of each child.
