Mary’s Place Life Enrichment Adult Day Program
Serving members with moderate to advanced stages of dementia and those with Parkinson’s located in Sun City, AZ.
The focus of Mary’s Place is to identify the strengths of each member, working with them to make the most of those opportunities, which ultimately helps preserve memory. A registered nurse provides medical oversight, including medication administration, regular monitoring of weight and vitals, care for chronic conditions such as diabetes, and many other services requested by the primary physician.

Benevilla is a respite services provider supporting individuals living with dementia and their caregivers through our Life Enrichment Adult Day Programs. We collaborate with healthcare and community partners, including Hospice of the Valley, Banner Alzheimer’s Institute, and Continuum Care, as well as other organizations participating in the CMS GUIDE Model, to help ensure caregivers have access to meaningful respite, education, and ongoing support.
Current Hours: 8AM to 4PM | Daily Activities Include: Exercise, Physical Activities, Cognitive Activities, and Discussions.
What is a Life Enrichment Adult Day Program?
A Life Enrichment Program is an adult day program designed to support social connection, cognitive engagement, physical movement, and emotional wellbeing. Life enrichment focuses on creating meaningful experiences that honor each person’s abilities, interests, and life story while encouraging continued growth and independence.
Through thoughtfully planned activities such as music, art, conversation, games, gentle exercise, and brain stimulating experiences, participants are supported by trained professionals in a safe and welcoming environment. This adult day program promotes routine, confidence, friendship, and a sense of purpose, helping members stay engaged and connected throughout the day.
Life enrichment adult day programs also provide essential support for caregivers by offering peace of mind and dependable respite, knowing their loved one is spending the day in a nurturing setting designed to enhance quality of life.
For every person enrolled in a Benevilla program, two people get their lives back: the individual and the caregiver.

Safe and Active Environment for Your Loved One
Mary’s Place Memory Care is the only day program in the state of Arizona that specializes in the advanced stages of Alzheimer’s or dementia related disorders. Mary’s place is the only secure memory care adult day facility in Maricopa County.
Provides Time Off from Caregiving
Benevilla Life Enrichment Adult Day Programs provide respite for family members caring for a loved one. Caregivers need time off from the stresses and strains of caring for loved one. Benevilla also offers other programs to support Caregivers such as our Free Caregiver Support Groups and Community Resources.
Activities
Group Exercise; Socialization through games, discussion groups, entertainment, outings, arts & crafts, and Cognitive Stimulation through brain games, cards, puzzles, and more. We provide the latest in proven therapeutic methods for increased levels of happiness and engagement for all members.
