Birt’s Bistro restaurant on the Benevilla Surprise campus has always been a favorite of the Northwest Valley not only for their food but for their relationship with the community. Starting this month, Birt’s Bistro will now be fulfilling another need under-served in our area by offering the restaurant as a unique meeting space for business, networking, social and neighborhood gatherings. This need will be even more critical as we begin re-socialization activities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Birt’s rental space includes exclusive rental for the entirety of your event. You can customize the space to your needs and event size. High speed internet and wi-fi are provided free of charge as well as whiteboards and markers. If you need meeting presentation equipment, it is available at a nominal charge.
Basic one-hour rental is only $50 and two-hour rental is $75. With food purchase, the rentals are only $30 and $50, respectively. Breakfast and lunch entrees will be available and special menus are available upon request.
Birt’s Bistro is dedicated to providing a safe, sanitary and welcoming environment for all size meetings, networking and group needs. All Birt’s Bistro staff are temperature checked prior to their shifts and trained in proper CDC as well as state and local health precautionary practices. Extra sanitation measures have been established to maintain compliance with EPA-approved food contact surface sanitizers and disinfectants. The interior space will be organized with social distancing requirements in place.
Recently, the restaurant opened curbside, take-out meal services as well as Birt’s Market, a one stop store for basic food and home essentials needed by seniors and the general public as they shelter at home during the uncertainties of this COVID-19 pandemic. Here you can find household necessities, food staples, beer & wine as well as signature “to go” ready-to-make breakfast, lunch, and dinner kits, all for curbside pick-up within 24 hours.
As a social enterprise, Birt’s Bistro excels in its mission to support the programs and services Benevilla provides to enrich the lives of West Valley older adults, adults with disabilities, children and the families who care for them.
