Benevilla expresses its heartfelt thanks to the local team from Wyyerd Fiber and their customers for their remarkable generosity in donating and supporting the Benevilla Home Services Program this holiday season.
Wyyerd Fiber organized a Holiday Sock & Blanket Drive, resulting in the collection of an incredible 535 pairs of socks and 86 blankets. These thoughtful donations will be gifted to program members who are homebound older adults and adults with disabilities facing limited resources. Many of these individuals might not otherwise receive any gifts this holiday season, making this initiative all the more impactful.
“Our Home Services Program supports some of the most vulnerable members of our community, and the kindness shown by Wyyerd Fiber and their customers reminds us of the power of community,” said Joanne Byers, President and CEO of Benevilla. “These contributions not only provide warmth but also bring joy and a sense of connection to those we serve.”
Benevilla’s Home Services Program offers vital assistance, such as grocery shopping, transportation, and light handyman services, to help individuals remain independent in their homes. The donated socks and blankets will bring comfort to program members during the colder months while serving as a reminder that they are cared for and valued.
Benevilla extends its deepest appreciation to Wyyerd Fiber for their continued partnership and unwavering commitment to supporting the community.
