PART TIME/FULL TIME OPPORTUNITIES
WIRTZIE’S PRESCHOOL & DAYCARE
TEACHER’S ASSISTANT
Location: Main Campus, Surprise, Arizona.
Rate of Pay: $15.68 per hour.
Available Shifts: Various 30-40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Note: Staffing is based on number of children in attendance so could be asked to leave early or to stay later based on those needs.
What will you be doing? Work in coordination with Lead Teacher to present developmentally appropriate activities which will assist each child in developing to their fullest potential and to support and respect the family diversity of each child. Provide a safe, warm, nurturing environment in which each individual child can grow physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. May be assigned to work in a variety of classrooms enriching the lives of children between the ages of 0 to 5 (infant to pre-k).
What qualifications do you need? Able to reliably commute or planning to relocate to Surprise, AZ area before starting work (No Relocation Assistance). Pursuing or have received High School diploma/GED equivalent. Prefer 1 year experience teaching in early care & education classroom. Will consider life experience gained through volunteering in weekend nursery/class, sitter/nanny. Possess or able to receive *fingerprint clearance card, *CPR, *negative TB/chest X-ray, *Article 9 Certification, *Food Handler’s Certification (*Benevilla will assist with the costs to obtain).
LEAD TEACHER
Location: Main Campus, Surprise, Arizona.
Rate of Pay: $19.27 per hour.
Available Shifts: Various shifts, Monday-Friday between 6:15am-6:15pm

ADULT DAY ENRICHMENT PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Primary Location: Mary’s Place – Sun City, AZ (Relocation not provided)
Available Shift: Full time
Rate of Pay: $59,779.20 – Salaried
What will you be doing?The purpose of the position is to lead the Life Enrichment Program and assure program quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency. The Director of Life Enrichment leads the team in providing engaging person directed programing which includes implementing relationship based individualized programs, providing choices, and encouraging the members to be as independent as possible.
What qualifications do you need? Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
2 years supervisory experience in social or health service setting
Fingerprint clearance card, CPR/First Aid, AED, Food Manager’s Certification.
C.A.R.E.S. ADULT SUPPORT GROUP PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Primary Location: Sun City West, AZ (Relocation not provided)
Available Shift: 30 average hours per week Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm
Rate of Pay: $24.59 per hour (Bachelor’s degree).
What will you be doing? Leading, facilitating, and completing Benevilla Support Groups. This position provides emotional, social, and/or educational support to all members who attend the Support Groups.
What qualifications do you need? Bachelor’s degree, or certificate and 10+ years comparable experience.
Experience with dementia and other aging issues required.
Experience leading adult caregivers support group preferably in aging related issues. Thorough understanding of group dynamics and group process.
Ability to deal appropriately and professionally with possible crisis within the group. Ability to be empathetic and compassionate while maintaining professional boundaries.
C.A.R.E.S. RESOURCE COORDINATOR
Primary Location: Sun City West, AZ (Relocation not provided)
Available Shift: FT 40 hours 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Rate of Pay: $18.59 per hour (Bachelor’s degree).
What will you be doing? **Primary duties are handling phone calls, determining needs, documenting and multi-tasking. Strong proven experience in these areas is necessary**.
Answer phone calls/inquiries and determine caller’s need for care and/or services. Complete necessary intake to refer to appropriate Benevilla service or provide information and referral to outside resources through Benevilla database and/or Benevilla referral list in a timely manner. Maintain client information, and complete data entry for records, audits, and progress notes.
Responsible for ensuring that Benevilla Home Services are delivered to member of specified geographical service area according to policies and procedures. Provide Home Services members with any additional needed resources as needed. Task training, scheduling, and oversight of assigned volunteers.
Assist with community outreach activities and attend staff and community meetings as requested.
What qualifications do you need? Ability to speak, read, and write in English is required and conversational Spanish would be helpful.

Associates Degree plus 1 year experience intake/referral to community resources for elderly/disabled.

ENRICHMENT PARTNER

Available shifts: On Call/As Needed between 9am-3pm Monday – Friday/Must be available to accept shifts with 1 hour notice.
Rate of Pay: $28.72 per hour.
What will you be doing? Assessing members’ health status, providing nursing services, health and wellness counseling/education necessary to meet each member’s individual needs and assisting the Director of Life Enrichment as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Provide engaging person directed programing, which includes implementing relationship-based meaningful individualized activities, providing choices, encouraging the members to be as independent as possible.
What qualifications do you need?HS diploma or GED certification, Current AZ or Compact State RN License, Minimum of 2 years Adult Day Program, Healthcare, Public Health or Home Care experience, Computer/documentation skills required, Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR, TB/Chest Xray
BENEFITNESS ADAPTIVE GYM
FITNESS EXERCISE COACH – ON CALL/AS NEEDED
Location: Surprise, AZ
Work Hours: On Call / As Needed / 8:00am – 4:00pm / Monday – Friday. Must be available to accept shifts with 1 hour notice.
Rate of Pay: $20.10 per hour – ($25 per hour with National Certification).
What will you be doing? Provide engaging person-centered directed exercise programming, which includes relationship-based meaningful and individualized exercise programs, providing choices, and encouraging members to maximize their body’s ability. This position receives supervision from the Director of Benefitness. This position is an essential part of the interdisciplinary team and assists with enriching the daily lives of the members.
What qualifications do you need?
High School diploma or GED certification and (3) three years of experience that could include: working as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer or exercise coach. Must have proof of negative TB test (within the last 6 months) and Level 1 Fingerprint card. Must possess, or be able to obtain, current CPR, AED and first aid certifications.(Benevilla will assist with the costs to obtain).
