PART TIME/FULL TIME OPPORTUNITIES

BENEVILLA

COO – Chief Operating Officer
Primary Location: Surprise, AZ (Relocation not provided)
Range of Pay: $141,608.00-$168,024.00 (Dependent upon experience & education), Salary/Exempt position
Work Hours: FT40 hrs per week Monday-Friday.

What will you be doing?- The Chief Operating Officer provides leadership and oversees the business operations and reports to the President/CEO. The COO ensures Benevilla has effective operational and financial procedures in place. Monitor internal processes and identify and employ the most efficient methods of running the organization. Supervise the organization’s administration offices and the operation of programs and facilities.

What qualifications do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in a field of study related to financial and operational management required. CPA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years demonstrated senior level experience managing financial and operational functions, preferably in a nonprofit organization in a health care or housing development setting.

Preferred knowledge of 501(c)(3) accounting principles and sound financial management experience.

Director of Accounting
Primary Location: Surprise, AZ. (No relocation provided)
Range of Pay: $76,332.00-$84,763.00 (Dependent upon experience & education), Salary/Exempt position

What will you be doing?- The Director of Accounting is responsible for managing the Organizations general ledger to ensure financial reports accurately state the Agency’s financial position.  Review the payroll process, benefits and assist with the processing of accounts payable.  This includes accurate data reporting and monitoring cash flow to meet the agency’s needs and manage month end.

What qualifications do you need?
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Current CPA License preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated experience managing an accounting department, preferably in a nonprofit organization in a health care or housing development setting.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT PART-TIME
Primary Location: Surprise, AZ
Rate of Pay: $17.50 per hour, Hourly/Non-Exempt position
Work Hours: Approximately 24 hrs per week Monday-Friday

Requirements:

REQUIRED- Current or Recent 2 years maintenance experience.

Position Summary:

Program Meals Cook/Route Delivery Driver
Location: Surprise, AZ
Rate of Pay: $16.38, Hourly/Non-Exempt position
Work Hours: FT40 hrs per week Monday-Friday.

What will you be doing? Prepare and cook all foods in accordance with specified recipes and procedures.  Ensures that foods are of high-quality meeting standards of portion, doneness, freshness, and presentation. Maintains kitchen and storage areas in a clean, safe and sanitary manner. Deliver meals to designated programs/departments. Ensure that dishes are washed daily and maintained in good condition. Maintains records in compliance with state and local agencies.  Creates great impressions by delivering service excellence while performing all related duties.

What qualifications do you need?
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years current culinary experience.
Must acquire a Maricopa County Food handler’s Certification and keep it updated. Must be at least 21 years of age (agency insurance company requirement), valid Arizona driver’s license, prior to hire a clean MVR for past 5 years and updated annually. Must successfully pass drug panel screening upon hire and annually. Must have proof of negative TB test (within the last 12 months).

Health & Wellness RN On Call/As Needed
Location: Enrichment Programs- Peoria, Sun City, Surprise, AZ
Raet of Pay: $28.72 ph, Hourly/Non-Exempt position
Available shifts: On Call/As Needed between 9am-3pm Mon-Fri

What will you be doing? Assessing members’ health status, providing nursing services, health and wellness counseling/education necessary to meet each member’s individual needs and assisting the Director of Life Enrichment as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Provide engaging person directed programing, which includes implementing relationship-based meaningful individualized activities, providing choices, encouraging the members to be as independent as possible.

What qualifications do you need?
HS diploma or GED certification, Current AZ or Compact State RN License, Minimum of 2 years Adult Day Program, Healthcare, Public Health or Home Care experience, Computer/documentation skills required, Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR, TB/Chest X-ray
