What will you be doing?

Maintain kitchen and storage areas in a clean, safe and sanitary manner; restocking and receiving items from vendors; makes sure dishes are washed according to safety guidelines. Under the direction of Food & Beverage Manager assisting with preparing foods in accordance with specified recipes and procedures. Assure that foods are of a high-quality meeting standards of portion, doneness, freshness, and presentation. This position may also need to aid the team over weekends and possibly holidays, in such rare cases they would be notified prior.

What qualifications do you need?

High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years current culinary experience.
Food Handler’s Certificate
